VS Bank joined TASKOMBANK
On October 12, 2018 the legal successor of all property, all rights and obligations of Public Joint Stock Company VS Bank became JOINT-STOCK COMPANY TASCOMBANK due to reorganization by merging PJSC VS Bank to JSC TASCOMBANK.
On October 16, 2018, the General Meeting of Shareholders of both banks approved the relevant decision.
JSC TASCOMBANK in the order of succession, acquired all rights to assets transferred to it by PJSC VS Bank (including rights under collateral agreements, including sureties), and also acquired the debtor’s obligations on the claims of creditors (depositors) on transferred obligations without the need to amend the relevant agreements.
Due to the reorganization, the credit portfolio of JSC TASCOMBANK exceeded 12 billion hryvnias, and the regional network of the bank has grown by 30% and today it has 109 branches in 44 cities of Ukraine. Now even more customers will have the opportunity to receive high-quality banking services, use modern remote service channels and innovative services.
